How to use:

Keep this gel in the fridge at all times until use.
The used by date is labelled on the jar.
Although some say Sea moss can be used within 3 weeks we prefer to use within one week, this is because in order to turn it into gel we have added distilled water so immediately that shortens the shelf life of the product. It would be a good idea to cut down on red meat when using Sea moss so that the mucus can be expelled a lot easier. Mucus is said to be the main cause of most diseases.
